Ranking in search engines needs patients and time. Just do you Seo. Just know it that it is not easy to get top rank in any search engine because your Competitors are not just folding their hands, they are still working on their own SEO in other to maintain their position or rank better. So, it is not always easy okay.
What you need to do is to do your SEO and be patient but you should know it that ranking in Bing Yahoo is harder than Google and besides Bing take a lot of time to craw sites like Google

You must now it that ranking in Bing need you linking you site to older page with the same keywords with your site. This matter and the internal linking matters as well too in Bing
